Cothú — A Ciorcal Experience

An evening of breathwork, connection and cacao — space to slow down, turn towards what nourishes you and spend time in connection with others.

cothú/ˈkoh.uː/

nourishment; nurturing.

the act of supporting something so that it can continue to grow and flourish

As we move into the quieter months of the year, Cothú is an invitation to slow down and nourish what can easily get lost in the pace of everyday life.

A candlelit breathwork experience, the evening offers space to come back to yourself & closes with cacao and light refreshments.

Eoghan and Claire on Inis Mór

Eoghan is a breathworker and the founder of Ciorcal, a community centred around breath, movement, and meaningful connection. His work is rooted in helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find steadiness within the pace of modern life. Through retreats, group sessions, and community gatherings, he creates spaces where people can step out of the noise and return to a more grounded way of being.

Claire is a mother, yoga teacher, breathworker, and somatic movement guide who has been learning and living alongside the wellness space for over 15 years. Her approach focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement, breath, and awareness. Claire creates spaces that are supportive, grounded, and accessible, allowing people to slow down and explore movement at their own pace.
