What I collect

Depending on how you interact with Ciorcal, I may collect your name, email, phone number and information you choose to share through enquiries, applications, bookings, feedback, check-ins and reflection forms.

For some services, including breathwork and The Inner Ground, you may also be asked to share relevant information about your physical or emotional wellbeing so I can support you appropriately and facilitate experiences safely.

How it's used

Your information is used to respond to you, manage bookings and enquiries, deliver Ciorcal experiences, support our work together, review check-ins and feedback, and improve Ciorcal.

Private applications, check-ins, reflections or wellbeing information are not used as public marketing or testimonials without your permission.

Joining a Ciorcal experience does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails unless this is made clear and you choose to opt in.

Where it's stored

Information submitted through Ciorcal is stored using private, access-controlled systems and trusted service providers used to operate the website and deliver Ciorcal services.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ciorcal does not store your full card details.

How long it's kept

I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our work together, or relevant legal and administrative requirements.

Your privacy

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or withdraw consent where applicable.
