I have had three beautiful elemental days of connection with the rock of Aran, its energy, the sand, the sea, the sky, the sun and mist. And very importantly you lovely people that have helped me on my journey to realise that I must detach with love, that which I need to leave behind.

In order to connect to a new future, I need to first look inside, connect with myself, breathe, to allow my new world in. Thank you Eoghan and Claire for bringing us all together. It was very special.

A magical few days on Inis Mór with Ciorcal. Sea swims, sauna, diving into the Wormhole, and loads of breathwork with the brilliant Claire & Eoghan. Such a gift to properly disconnect from the busyness and reconnect with yourself, and what a group of people. I arrived frazzled and running on fumes, I left calm, refocused and happy. If you're thinking about a bit of R&R, I couldn't recommend it Mór… (see what I did there… I'm back 🤣) Take me back to the island ❤️

What a joyous, calming, enlightening, and loving experience it has been. I am booked to return next year, but I will carry the feeling of connection, care, hope for mankind and how much we actually need and love each other when we just let it happen.
