Inis Mór, 2026.
From the 12th-14th August, 22 people came together on Inis Mór, the largest of the Aran Islands for three days of breathwork, movement, nourishing food, sea swims, sauna, time outdoors and space to slow down.

“I have had three beautiful elemental days of connection with the rock of Aran, its energy, the sand, the sea, the sky, the sun and mist. And very importantly you lovely people that have helped me on my journey to realise that I must detach with love, that which I need to leave behind.
In order to connect to a new future, I need to first look inside, connect with myself, breathe, to allow my new world in. Thank you Eoghan and Claire for bringing us all together. It was very special.”

“A magical few days on Inis Mór with Ciorcal. Sea swims, sauna, diving into the Wormhole, and loads of breathwork with the brilliant Claire & Eoghan. Such a gift to properly disconnect from the busyness and reconnect with yourself, and what a group of people. I arrived frazzled and running on fumes, I left calm, refocused and happy. If you’re thinking about a bit of R&R, I couldn’t recommend it Mór… (see what I did there… I’m back 🤣) Take me back to the island ❤️”

“What a joyous, calming, enlightening, and loving experience it has been. I am booked to return next year, but I will carry the feeling of connection, care, hope for mankind and how much we actually need and love each other when we just let it happen. Thank you both Eoghan & Claire for an unforgettable experience.”

Your home on the island.
Kilmurvey House is an 18th-century stone house, lovingly restored by the Seoighe family, who have welcomed guests here since 1947.
The house sits at the edge of Kilmurvey Beach, with the ancient fort of Dún Aonghasa just a short walk up the hill — a place that invites reflection and connection with thousands of years of history.
Our retreat space (An Seomra Mór) within the house offers a calm, grounded setting for breathwork and movement practices.
Being this close to the beach means you can walk straight out for morning swims and evening strolls.

Cooked by Flo.
One half of The Gourmet Offensive, established in 2005 out of a passion for the power of transformation through food. What we put into our bodies on a daily basis has a profound impact on our wellbeing, both spiritually and physically. Through 35 years of experience in the food industry, Flo learned that intention — not only in cooking food but also in how it's grown — is of utmost importance for how the basic act of eating influences our lives.
The business has been through many transformations in the past 20 years, from market stall to field kitchens to a restaurant and finally retreat spaces. The core ethos of nutrient dense, homegrown, intentional preparation has only grown stronger and he looks forward to providing you with honest sustenance to nourish you in your retreat journey.

HELD BY
Eoghan & Claire.

Eoghan is a breathworker and the founder of Ciorcal, a community centred around breath, movement, and meaningful connection. His work is rooted in helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find steadiness within the pace of modern life. Through retreats, group sessions, and community gatherings, he creates spaces where people can step out of the noise and return to a more grounded way of being.
Claire is a mother, yoga teacher, breathworker, and somatic movement guide who has been learning and living alongside the wellness space for over 15 years. Her approach focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement, breath, and awareness. Claire creates spaces that are supportive, grounded, and accessible, allowing people to slow down and explore movement at their own pace.
